One of my favorite pieces of this business has always been the customers...a year or so ago, I was walking the lot and met one of our customers and she was so proud to tell me about her sons. @mary.g.bell has been so kind to us, so sweet to support constantly and although I may embarrass her...I wanted to make sure we were highlighting some of the cool accomplishments of her sons. During the snow week, our DKSN team took a deep dive into cleaning the office and the mechanical room. During the rain on Saturday this past weekend, our team focused on pro active maintenance and cleaning in the tunnel. Glad to see this team in constant motion with positive results. One thing is for sure, these guys do not let grass grow under their feet..they find ways to stay busy. REALLY PROUD OF THIS CREW AND THEIR EFFORTS! Happy Monday DKSN!

WOW, it's like January the 75th or something like that. We are here, you may still have salt on your car (no judgement) and if you don't, your car is gross from rain (also no judgement). Today is THE DAY! WE WILL OPEN AT 11 (trying to get as warm as possible). The vacuum lot will be closed on Sunday so we can avoid the remaining ice in the lot. **Reminder** Our team has not been able to work all week and they are missing out on hours. WHEW...what a week! It's possible that this is the only day we can open and operate safely this week. The road crews are out, our managers are picking up team members who live on steep hills that have not been cleared and we had people onsite yesterday working hard to get ready for YOU! OPENING AT 10 AM and please try to clear your vehicle with excess snow on top of the vehicle...our equipment is designed to wash your car, not clear the ice. Be careful, be patient and we will see you at 10 AM. THE VACUUM LOT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AND OUR BUFF-N-DRY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE WITH THESE TEMPS.

Good morning and WE DO LOVE EVERY SINGLE MESSAGE OF PEOPLE ASKING IF WE ARE OPEN, unfortunately the low temps and water are a bad mix. It's also hard on our team members to miss out on work hours due to weather. The frigid temps are around for a couple of days and it might be a little while before we can get back to regular hours! Until then, enjoy a puzzle, a new book, a walk in the snow and maybe even putting together that treadmill you bought a few years ago 🤣

Good morning and in case you have not stepped outside or watched the news this past week....it's COLD outside!🥶 Below freezing temps all day mixed with water from the wash makes for a slippery parking lot which is bad for cars, becomes a hazard for our customers and our team members.
